Randy Millar has been involved in safety for most of his professional life and has construction-related experience in many industries including mining, smelting, petrochemical, oil refining and pulp and paper. He has diplomas in Workplace Safety and Mining Technology and has held senior positions in engineering, plant operations and safety. He knows about the pressures that are put upon decision makers from personal experience, and is as comfortable in the boardroom working with executives as he is in the field coaching supervisors and workers. 

Randy Millar served as Manager, Safety and Compliance for a large industrial service company and had complete and direct responsibility for all safety-related activities and programs. Overseeing personnel safety of up to 300 employees and with a fleet of approximately 150 medium to heavy trucks, Randy is justifiably proud of the safety record attained under his watch.
